Trying to save cost and on AutoWork's promise of "As good as the Agents", I booked my Audi TT in for a service. When I fetched my car I was told that my car "is a mess" - and it certainly was after it went through this workshop. My car immediately started to give me new problems that just got worse every time I took my car back to AutoWorks. With the last expensive quote from them, I decided to take my car to Audi Claremont for a second opinion. Not only did AutoWorks "diagnosed" the problem wrongly (again), but it was cheaper to fix my car with Audi themselves, which is now running smoothly again. Needless to say AutoWorks would have done the wrong work again, charged me more to fix the actual problem, if at all - it is like taking a child with a mild fever to a sick hospital - it just gets worse! I also had an expensive digital camera (which I forgot to remove) stolen from my "secret compartment" between the back seats. The owner was friendly and helpful, but obviously to no avail or benefit to my car or my finances. Stay away!!
