I went to fill in at engen between 18H00 & 18H30 today. After filling in the petrol attendant left with my garage card for about 5minutes. I went to then out to check and they told me it's a norm at engen that when u pay with a garage card they take it away to the cashier. This is pathetic. I use engen garage all over the country and I've never experienced this. He didn't even ask me to come with.This is not on, and need to be addressed.
