I requested a few months ago that they always have stock of Solal's carnitine products, since my wife is carnitine deficient and our neurologist advised her on how much she needs daily. Her life depends on it and I have repeatedly explained it to them. When we went to purchase stock on Saturday 14 June 2014, they were once again out of stock (third time now). Clearly their motto is just a farce, since they don't care for two seconds about my wife's life.
