on 23.04.2021 I realize that was a block on my account never have I received an SMS or email that my account was going to be blocked, on Saturday 24.04.2021 i visited the branch and i was assisted by matshediso ,she just told that she will no be able to assist i should go to home affairs to collect a certain letter ,when i went to home affairs they didn't even know what i was talking about, I then went back to the branch on Monday 26.04.2021 provided them with proof of residence and copy of iD to fedi tsholo, and my account is still blocked, I cant do any of my monthly payment, I am really disappointed in absa ,I need to move to another bank Mapula Ntsoelengoe
