I booked a 23 day cruise with Imagine cruising in Cape Town which never happened. Without any decent communication, and after numerous correspondence, I was refunded 30% of the total value paid six months before the time. The case was just closed. This loss was over and above the visas amount. A supposedly reputable international company such as yours should put their customers first and ensure them of future services not treat them as a money spinner to enrich your company.
