Had the worst experience with EZ Shuttle Service in Johannesburg. Failed to pick up our international guests from the airport even after they waited 25 minutes for the driver to collect them at Domestic Arrivals after their flight from Cape Town to JHB. We had clearly instructed them of the flight number, names of both guests and to wait with a name board at Domestic Arrivals. This after having paid in full for the trip upfront! They insist that the driver was there and refuse to refund us the R470 for a trip that never happened. We were never even informed that our guests were not collected, no voicemails or SMS's and had to find out later that day from our guests who ended up having to take a local taxi to their hotel. I don't understand that if the driver was there with a name board as instructed and our guests were there at the same time, how it would be possible for them to miss each other. Bad attitude over emails and phone calls. Extremely bad customer service. I would NEVER recommend using them. Clearly have no grasp of what it means to be an exceptional customer service provider...
