Will I get Seasick
Everyone is different when it comes to Sea sickness and you never know if it will grab you. Keep a positive attitude and mentally prepare yourself. We recommend you avoid alcohol the previous night as alcohol induces sea sickness. Take a sea sickness tablet the night before your Whale Watching Trip and again 1 hour before your Whale Watching Trip. Also, don’t eat a heavy meal before your boat trip. Other tips - Don’t look through the lens of a camera for very long and avoid looking at your Cellphone and don’t go into the toilet on the boat as these things induce seasickness. Always look to the horizon while at the same time looking at the Whales. The land provides you with a stability while the boat rocks in the Sea. If you do feel sea sick, the best place is on top of the boat, in the front, getting fresh air.
