Tasyam Govender Town Planner is based in Kenilworth, Cape Town, and operates throughout the metropole and surrounds. We offer spatial planning and land use management services (all town planning applications) to the public and private sectors. The practice is a Level One B-BBEE Contributor, offering quality professional services at competitive rates. Tasyam Govender is a registered and experienced Town Planner.
The practice is founded on the principles of Integrity, Creativity, and Excellence. We aim to create beautiful, liveable, mixed-use, higher-density neighbourhoods, which support spatial transformation and urban sustainability imperatives.
We take on a handful of projects at a time, to ensure that our Clients get the best from us at all times.
