Learn sound movement mechanics and apply them to your daily activities in order to improve joint strength, flexibility and alignment.
What to expect: Learn the basics under the watchful eye of an experienced instructor. We'll work on strengthening weak muscles and unstable joints, and on releasing chronic tightness. Once you've achieved sufficient co-ordination and control, we'll add strength and balance training and teach you how to apply your new movement skills to the other activities in your life.
