I am thankful to SANCA Western Cape for their Corporate Service that is aimed to prevent substance abuse at work. I took part in their employee awareness and education programme. Their programme addresses a variety of issues like employees for suspected intoxication, detection of verification procedures, assessment, referrals and the different obligations of the managers or supervisor towards their staff.
