Purchased a Audi Have been having issues with them after finding a few faults which has not been resolve under the 30 day garage warranty which they promise. Pathetic service - expect nothing but Hiccups on a vehicle after you have bought it as they will not resolve any issues once out of there floor room. Justin Cox - Sales Manager is a very rude person and will not assist once you have taken the vehicle. Will not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them

We purchased a vehicle from PMB Auto Sales and were verbally guaranteed that there was nothing wrong with it. In under 14 days we made a complaint and they asked us to use our motor plan (that we pay for) to fix it and that we should take it to them or to one of the accredited businesses to fix (this of course resulting in us paying either them or another business to fix it). Just over a month and the vehicle broke down completely. The cost of the repairs are +- R30 000.00. The motor plan pays for a portion of the repairs and we have to pay for over half of the repair amount. We are currently paying the instalments on a immobile vehicle.
