In 2004 we opened our Business Support Program, run using the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) methodology; an International Association that helps small to medium sized businesses cope with the challenges of running their business. These smaller to medium sized businesses (10 to 350 employees) usually do not have the support of a large qualified Directorate (Financial Director, COO, Marketing Director) and this is where we step in with our Business Support Program that provides unbiased advice to the CEO/MD/Owner.
We have over 30 years’ experience in starting up and ensuring ongoing professional financial, corporate governance and business management services in South Africa, Africa - North of the Limpopo - and more recently in the UK .
Dr. Michael Freestone heads up the Business Advisory division. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, cum laude, with a distinction in Business Finance. He is a Fellow of ICSA and CIBM and is an Accredited IIB Advisor.His experience is with medium (10 employees) to large organisations (47,000) in the Service (Health Care), Electronic, Electrical, Engineering, Security and Manufacturing Sectors - both in the Private and Public Sectors.
