Pilates is a system of exercises designed by and named after the German physical fitness specialist Joseph Pilates (1880–1967). Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
My Pilates style is focused on a slower, but precise movement and we look at getting you strong in a safe and healthy way!
- Parking Available:
- If you get hear early, you will be able to park inside the secure village. If not, there is plenty of parking in a quiet residential street.
- Who can do Pilates?
- Any one from ages 4 - 80 can do Pilates. Group classes are can be harder to get into if your fitness level is lower than the general population but
- For 2 - 3 Group Pilates Classes per week
R 385.00 - per person, per month | For 4 - 5 Group Pilates Classes per week
R 450.00 - per person, per month
- Terms & Conditions:
- All Pilates fees must be paid from the 20th of each month, but no later than the 1st of every month via EFT or cash and now PayPal (PalPay payments are an extra R 15.00 added to your initial amount).
For every day that your account is not paid, 2% will be added to your account.
Sky Pilates requires at least one months notice before cancelling any group classes & 24 hours for any private classes.
