Subtropical Garden & Pool Services cc was started on 01 June 1995. What started out as a Sole Proprietor soon changed to a Close Corporation on 01 August 1998.
Today, Subtropical Garden & Pool Services cc is a well established company with several service divisions which includes irrigation, landscaping, new swimming pools, repairs and renovations, tree felling, organic materials, instant lawn, fertiliser, herbicide, pesticide, water features, koi ponds and cobble edging.

Irrigation

Landscaping

New swimming pools, repairs & renovations
Whether you require a new pool - concrete or fibreglass, a new pump, the sand in the filter to be changed or the pool to be re-surfaced, we offer a comprehensive service to cover all aspects of a swimming pool.
Tree felling or trimming
We will assess the situation and suggest the most cost effective way of solving the problem.
Compost, Lawn dressing, Mulch or Topsoil
We can supply and deliver the organic material in bulk from 2 cubic meters to 12 cubic meters. We will recommend the best one to use or supply a mix of two materials. It all depends on your properties exact requirements.
Instant Lawns
We offer eight types of instant lawn. From ones that grow in full sun, full shade or semi shade. We can supply and deliver the lawn and we also offer a professional installation service from preparation to the final rolling of the new lawn.
Fertilisers, Pesticides & Weed killers
From bone meal to 5:1:5, snail bait to rose care, mamba to outpace super, we can supply and deliver any legal fertiliser, pesticide or herbicide that your garden may require. We also offer a professional application service.
Water features & Koi ponds
We have a full range of water features from cement to fiberglass features to suit your requirements. Koi ponds are custom designed and build to incorporate all aspects of circulation to filtration.
Cobble edging
Due to erosion and line trimming, flower beds lose their original shape and size. The only way to stop this is to contain the flower beds by installing cobble edging. We have a wide range of different sizes and colours available to have a harmonious and well defined garden.
