We are a speech, hearing and balance clinic and offer the following:
~Speech and language assessment and therapy from early childhood up.
~Newborn hearing screenings (using an Otoacoustic Emissions/OAE screener and an Automated Auditory Brainstem Response/AABR screener).
~School hearing screenings from 2 years old up.
~Industrial hearing screenings for companies whose employers are exposed to excessive noise.
~Ear plugs for swimming and for protection from noise.
~Hearing screenings, hearing aid fittings and assistance at the following retirement villages: Waterfall Hills, Riverside Manor, Silverstream, Golden Harvest II and Summerfields.
~Full diagnostic hearing tests that assess the outer, middle and inner ear using behavioural pure tone tests.
~Diagnostic Auditory Brainstem Response/ABR testing for an objective measurement of hearing.
~Advice and fitting of the latest hearing aids, including follow ups and supply of hearing aid batteries.
~Balance/vestibular testing for people with dizziness/vertigo using Videonystagmography (VNG), Electrocochleography (ECochG) and Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (VEMPs).
We charge medical aid rates and submit directly to medical aid.
