ELITE DEFENCE ACADEMY PAULSHOF/SUNNINGHILL teaches Krav Maga, which encompasses mental conditioning, safe behaviour, awareness training, simple strategy, and of course how to disable and shut down even the most violent attacker. Our Krav Maga system is designed to enable a smaller defender to successfully neutralise a threat or attack by a larger attacker, and is perfectly suited for use by both adults and teenagers.
Krav Maga is an extremely simple, yet highly effective combat system based on your body’s natural reflexes – one that enables you to deal with any survival situation under great stress.
Krav Maga is not a pretty exercise in martial arts poetry. It is straightforward and to the point. And it is designed to SAVE LIVES. You do not have to be in shape, or have any kind of special ability or training to learn it. But most of all, it is INCREDIBLY EFFECTIVE. This is proven by the fact that men and women around the world who are engaged in law enforcement, military, and secret services, use Krav Maga EVERY DAY in the line of duty- and it is saving their lives as they engage the world’s worst criminals on streets and battlefields.

Moshe Katz is the worldwide chief instructor of Israeli Krav International, operating from Maaleh Adumim, Israel. A 5th Dan Black Belt Krav Maga instructor, Moshe is certified by Itay Gil, 6th Dan Black Belt Krav Maga instructor and former trainer of the Israeli Counter Terror Force and elite Israeli Defence Force units. Moshe has trained, among many others, the FBI, SWAT Teams, US Consulate security details, and US Special Forces operatives. His clients also include the US Air Force, Israeli Police Force, and Israeli Military.
Krav Maga is not considered as a competitive sport and instead focuses on real-life methods of self-defense and hand to hand combat.
